Our salon provides professional hair services using high-quality products and trained stylists. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or prior treatments. Please inform your stylist of any sensitivities before your service begins.

Refund & ReBooking Policy

We want you to love your look! If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right with a complimentary adjustment.

Refunds are not offered for completed services.

 

Unused retail products may be returned within 7 days with a receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition.
 

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our stylists’ time.
 

Please note: All refund or rebooking requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Final decisions are made at the discretion of salon management.

Salon Booking Policy

To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit of ~50%, payable online by credit card. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid at the salon during your visit. Final charges may be higher than initially quoted if you choose to add services following your in-person consultation. We value being on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. If something unexpected comes up, please give us a call at least 3 hours in advance and we'll do our best to work with you.
