Welcome to Bellagio Hair and Skin Care. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and team members.
 

1. Appointments
Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and stylist.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or receive a shortened service.
 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will result in a fee. In these cases, the salon will retain the deposit paid at the time of booking, even if no services are rendered.

3. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to confirm your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
 

4. Pricing
All service prices are subject to change without notice.

Final pricing may vary based on hair length, texture, and service complexity.

A personalized quote will be provided during your consultation.
 

5. Refunds & Adjustments
We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment.

Complimentary adjustments may be offered at the discretion of salon management.
 

All refund or rebooking decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to final approval by management.
 

6. Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt. 

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

7. Health & Safety
Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness, in consideration of our team and guests.
 

8. Children & Guests
Children are welcome with supervision.

For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services may remain in the styling area.
 

9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
 

10. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
