2. Do you use professional-grade hair products?​

Yes! We exclusively use salon-quality brands like Loreal Professional, Matrix, Guy Tang, Ammonia Free Inoa, Bhave, Olaplex, known for nourishing ingredients and long-lasting results. Many of these have professional lines are only sold to salon for custom color and treatments that we use our expertise to customize for each client​. With a consultation, ask us about our product recommendations and you can pick up the product at check out!
 

3. Can I book an appointment online?​

Absolutely. You can easily book your appointment online through our website or call us directly. 
 

4. Where is your salon located?​

We’re conveniently located in Watertown, right outside of Boston, MA—just minutes from Arsenal Yards. Free street parking is available!

5. Do you offer hair coloring services?​

Yes, we specialize in balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, and full-color transformations using ammonia-free, high-quality dyes.

6. Are your stylists experienced with all hair types?​

Our team is trained to work with various hair textures from straight to wavy and we tailor each service to your unique hair needs. This is the reason we require new clients to book a free consultation with our experienced stylists.​
 

7. What's the best way to maintain my hair after a salon visit?​

We recommend sulfate-free shampoos and regular trims every 6–8 weeks. Ask your stylist for personalized product suggestions.

8. Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?​

Yes, we ask for a deposit of about 50% when you book online. This helps us hold your spot and prepare for your visit.

9. Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?​

No, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.

10. When do I pay the rest of my appointment fees?​

You’ll pay the remaining balance at the salon after your salon services are completed.

11. Can the final price change?​

Yes, if you decide to add more services during your in-person consultation, your total may be higher than the original quote.

12. What if I'm running late?​

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit.

13. What if I need to reschedule?

Please call us at least 3 hours before your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
