Want to treat yourself to a little extra on your visit? If you're thinking about add-on services like waxing, just text us at 617-453-8956 and we'll help personalize your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Salon Booking Policy: To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit of ~50%, payable online by credit card. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid at the salon during your visit. Final charges may be higher than initially quoted if you choose to add services following your in-person consultation. We value being on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. If something unexpected comes up, please give us a call at least 3 hours in advance and we'll do our best to work with you. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly!
