Service Description
Lowlights are a hair coloring technique where darker strands of color are added to the hair, creating a contrast with the base color. This contrasts with highlights, which are lighter than the base color. Lowlights can add depth, dimension, and richness to the hair, making it appear fuller and more vibrant.
Cancellation Policy
Salon Booking Policy: To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit of ~50%, payable online by credit card. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid at the salon during your visit. Final charges may be higher than initially quoted if you choose to add services following your in-person consultation. We value being on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. If something unexpected comes up, please give us a call at least 3 hours in advance and we'll do our best to work with you. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly!
