Service Description
When you book a balayage, highlight, or any color service, we include professional hair treatments at no extra charge. Each treatment is tailored to your hair’s needs—whether it’s adding shine with a gloss, boosting moisture, or repairing damage—so your hair looks and feels its best.
Cancellation Policy
Salon Booking Policy: To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit of ~50%, payable online by credit card. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid at the salon during your visit. Final charges may be higher than initially quoted if you choose to add services following your in-person consultation. We value being on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. If something unexpected comes up, please give us a call at least 3 hours in advance and we'll do our best to work with you. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly!
